What You Will Do:
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will see patients across all age groups, offering preventive care, acute treatments, and chronic disease management. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., providing continuity of care and building meaningful patient relationships. You’ll also engage in team collaborations, contribute to improving healthcare outcomes, and utilize cutting-edge technology in patient care.

Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Family Medicine or Med/Peds
• Ability to see and treat patients of all ages
• Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR), preferably Epic
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in a clinic or hospital setting
• Familiarity with outpatient practice workflows
• Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in family medicine or primary care setting
• Successfully completed residency training in Family Medicine or Med/Peds

Other Requirements:

• Complete all credentialing documentation thoroughly; allow approximately 21 days for processing after submission of a complete package
• Epic system training is required and to be scheduled post-credentialing completion
• Commitment to adhering to all applicable state, federal, and local laws regarding sick leave and other benefits
