About this role:
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Gastroenterology, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.? In this role you will treat patients with the following conditions: GERD/acid reflux, IBS, Crohns disease, Ulcerative colitis, liver disease/hepatitis, Celiac disease, gallbladder disease, etc.
This position includes up to?$7,500?in relocation assistance when applicable
You will practice at the Budge Clinic in Logan, UT
You will have 32 patient facing hours per week and work in clinic 4 days/week

What youll bring:
APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
BLS and active DEA, required
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
