Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Occupational Medicine physician to join our established Occupational Health Services team. This outpatient-focused role emphasizes employee health, work-related injury care, and employer partnership across a diverse range of industries.

Practice at a Glance

  • Focused practice providing occupational medicine, injury care, preventive services, medical surveillance, and environmental health services.
  • Balanced visit mix with approximately 50% occupational health exams and 50% work-related injury care (workers compensation).
  • Deliver patient-centered care to employees across a variety of employer partners and industries, supporting workforce health and safety.
  • Provide comprehensive occupational health services and regulatory exams, including pre-placement, fitness-for-duty, return-to-work, respiratory, DOT, and fire fighter exams.
  • Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses, supporting safe return-to-work decisions and functional recovery.
  • Collaborate with employers, safety teams, and healthcare colleagues on workplace health, ergonomics, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
  • Procedural components include suturing, splinting, injections (upper and lower extremities), and routine in-office clinical procedures.
