Required Skills:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Emergency Medicine
• Valid medical license in the state of practice
• Proven ability to make quick, accurate clinical decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in high-volume emergency departments
• Advanced trauma life support (ATLS) certification
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Compensation package with competitive hourly pay (starting at $1.00/hour)
• Prior emergency medicine experience preferred but not mandatory; new graduates encouraged to apply
