Required Skills

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
• Active medical license in the state of employment
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in fast-paced emergency departments or trauma centers
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Preferred Education and Experience

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in emergency medicine preferred, but recent graduates with strong clinical rotations will also be considered

• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training
• Must adhere to all hospital and healthcare regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA standards
