Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in applicable state(s)
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and compassion
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional certifications such as ACLS, ATLS, PALS
• Experience working in diverse clinical settings or with underserved populations
• Bilingual abilities to better serve a diverse patient demographic
• Familiarity with hospital EMR systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine experience preferred
• Prior experience in trauma or critical care is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Must obtain and maintain applicable state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to travel if required for coverage or training purposes
