Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Valid licensure to practice medicine in the state of assignment
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
• Proven experience in emergency or acute care settings
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional certifications such as ATLS, ACLS, PALS, or ENLS
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual capabilities for diverse patient populations
• Prior work in trauma or mass casualty response scenarios

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine experience in a hospital or urgent care setting
• Active state medical license with no restrictions

• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with all hospital and professional regulations
• Travel and licensure reimbursement where applicable
