HEADLINE: A long-established and highly regarded Community Health Organization (CHO) is seeking to recruit a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner for one of their health facilities. Required to have a minimum of one year of work experience. Monday to Friday. Schedule of (five) 8 hour shifts with one-half day on Saturday once per month. There is time off during the week. Call is after hours, 1:7. It is very light by phone only. They are offering a competitive salary of $110,000 - $120,000 depending on FNP's work experience. They are also providing a full and generous fringe benefits package!

PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY:

·         A long-established and highly regarded Community Health Organization (CHO) is seeking to recruit a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner for one of their health facilities. They have multiple locations throughout Illinois.

·         They provide primary healthcare, Ob/Gyn, Women's Health and a range of Social Services including child welfare, youth services, community behavioral health and supportive services.

The Family Nurse Practitioner's Requirements:

·   A. The Family Nurse Practitioner needs to be a Board Certified           FNP.

·   B. She or he is required to have a minimum of one year of work experience.

·   C. The provider must be comfortable administrating newborn immunizations and practicing all aspects of Family Medicine in a busy clinic.

·   They have a helpful and congenial staff.

·   They also have very nice, modern offices.

·   The office provides medical care ranging from newborns to adults.

·         Work schedule:

·         Hours are Monday through Friday.

·         Schedule of (five) 8 hour shifts with one-half day on Saturday

          once per month. There is time off during the week.

·         Call is after hours, 1:7. It is very light by phone only.

·         They also provide extensive on-boarding training!

FINANCIAL COMPENSATION:

·    They are offering a competitive salary range from $110,000 to          $120,000 which will depend on the FNP's work experience.
