Required Skills:
- Valid state licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with pediatric certification.
- Proven experience in pediatric care or a pediatric outpatient setting.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, patients, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate bedside manner and customer-focused approach.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Additional certifications such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
- At least 1-2 years of clinical experience in pediatrics or primary care.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work weekdays during standard business hours (8:30 am - 6:00 pm; flexible start times between 8:30 am and 9:30 am).
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Ability to accommodate part-time schedules if preferred.
- Valid medical license; travel, licensure, certification, and related reimbursements as applicable.
