Compensation & Benefits
- $605,000 base compensation
- $75,000 annual cardiac stipend, paid monthly at $6,250
- $20,000 annual performance and quality bonus
- $125,000 signing bonus with a 24-month commitment
- 35-week annual commitment
- Variable compensation for hours worked beyond contractual shifts:
- $400 per hour when assigned to CV tasks
- $325 per hour when assigned to general OR tasks
- Malpractice coverage provided
