St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates, P.C. is seeking a full time Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician to join our robust team of highly experienced providers. This position includes a combination of outpatient pulmonary care and inpatient coverage at Samaritan Hospital in Troy, NY. Our Pulmonary and Critical Care Services team is dedicated to delivering a high quality patient experience while offering the most current treatment options and services.
Position Details:
- Structured schedule including ICU coverage, pulmonary consults, and outpatient clinic time
- 1 week per month ICU coverage
- 1 week per month pulmonary consults
- 2 weeks per month in outpatient clinic
- Weekend coverage approximately 1 out of every 4-5 weeks with night call 2-3 times per month
- No overnight shifts with a 24/7 Critical Care coverage model
- Manage high acuity ICU patients in a closed ICU setting
- Perform key pulmonary and critical care procedures
- Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, daily assessments, and family communication

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care
- New York State medical license
- DEA certification required
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to team based care
Recruitment Package: St. Peters Health Partners offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:
- Base Salary: $400,000-$440,000 with the ability to earn more through productivity
- Starting Bonus: $25K
- The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
