Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Valid state medical license in Pediatrics
• Proven experience in pediatric healthcare settings
• Excellent clinical judgment and strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Compassionate bedside manner tailored to pediatric patients

Nice to Have Skills:

• Board certification in Pediatrics
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Experience in call coverage and emergency pediatric care

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completion of a Pediatric Residency Program
• At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in pediatrics

Other Requirements:

• Availability to begin call coverage starting Fridays at 7:00 a.m. through Monday at 7:00 a.m.
• Willingness to comply with all healthcare regulations and certifications
• Eligible for medical licensure and certification reimbursements as applicable
