Required Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of post-residency anesthesiology experience
- Valid medical license in Idaho or eligible for IMLC
- DEA certification
- Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques
- Ability to independently perform procedures or work effectively within a care team
- Comfortable with OB anesthesia support, including starting sections
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with trauma anesthesia in Level II trauma centers
- Prior work in community hospital settings
- Flexibility to cover shifts at both Boise and Nampa locations
- Familiarity with supervising or collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program
- At least one year of post-residency anesthesiology practice in a hospital setting
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work a varied schedule including weekdays, nights, and weekends
- Ability to support coverage at Boise and Nampa facilities, with a minimum availability of two full weeks per month, ideally full-time commitment
- Valid DEA license and active CSR required
- Ability to travel between locations as needed
