Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring efficacy and side effects
  • Provide supportive psychotherapy as appropriate
  • Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards, state regulations, and organizational policies
  • Provide crisis intervention and referrals to higher levels of care when indicated
  • Participate in case conferences, clinical meetings, and quality improvement initiatives

  • Anxiety disorders
  • Psychotic disorders
  • ADHD
  • PTSD
  • Substance use disorders

Qualifications

Required

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
  • Active (or eligible) state medical license
  • DEA registration
  • Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total annual compensation starting at $300,000+, plus sign-on bonus
