Pediatrician Opportunity in Southern Wisconsin near Chicago
A well-established pediatric practice in southeastern Wisconsin is seeking a pediatrician to join a dedicated and collaborative team.
Position Highlights
- Flexible, Balanced Schedule
- Four clinic days per week with one administrative day
- Average 15-22 outpatient visits per day
- 1:1 rooming staff support and in-clinic triage nurses
- AI dictation software for efficient documentation
Equitable Call Schedule
- Shared 1:4 call rotation with flexible scheduling
- Minimal inpatient admissions (primarily routine pediatric cases)
- Newborn rounding and attendance at high-risk deliveries/C-sections
- Approximately 300 births per year
Compensation & Benefits
