Required Skills:

  • Board-certified or eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and/or Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
  • Valid medical license to practice in the designated state
  • Proven experience in neonatal intensive care and pediatric critical care settings
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Advanced certifications such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • Experience with multidisciplinary team coordination
  • Research or teaching experience in neonatology or pediatric critical care
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and/or Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
  • At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage for NICU patients
  • Existing board certification or eligibility with valid state licensure
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to hospital protocols
  • Availability to start by May 29, 2026
