Compensation:

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $235,000 to $265,000 based on experience and training

About the Role
Henry Ford Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our established outpatient clinic located in Mount Morris, Michigan. You will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and/or family medicine patients, supporting their lifelong health needs in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment equipped with advanced technology including EPIC EMR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver full-spectrum outpatient primary care to adult and/or family medicine patients
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions effectively
  • Conduct preventive care visits, annual wellness exams, and routine follow-up appointments
  • Develop personalized, long-term treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists when necessary
  • Document clinical encounters accurately and efficiently using the EPIC EMR system
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in shared on-call responsibilities as scheduled
  • Maintain a productive pace within a typical 36-hour patient contact week, with an additional 4 hours allocated weekly for administrative duties such as charting and care coordination
  • Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care in a supportive outpatient environment
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to organizational standards of care
  • Foster strong relationships with patients and the local community to promote continuity of care and health education
  • Comply with all organizational policies, credentialing, and clinical standards
Qualifications
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (or eligible and within 2026/2027 graduation dates; candidates requiring re-certification are not eligible)
  • Active DEA license and certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS
  • Open to H1B visa candidates; J1 visa candidates are not eligible
  • Accepts new graduates from 2026 and 2027
  • Able to commit to a location within 1 hour of Mount Morris (long commutes or additional jobs are not suitable)
  • No previous lapses in Board Certification
