Required Skills:
- Active PA license or IMLC with LOQ
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with Emergency Department experience OR Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
- Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Clean malpractice history and positive NPDB standing
- Experience working across multiple facilities
- Ability to adapt to varying shift schedules and patient volumes
- Prior experience in high-pressure emergency settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Proven track record in either Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
Other Requirements:
- Availability to cover specific scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to travel or cover different facilities as needed
- Any certifications related to emergency medicine, advanced life support, or trauma (where applicable)
