UVA Physicians Group is seeking experienced and driven physician leaders to step into newly created Medical Director roles overseeing their Community Physician Group (CPG) — one focused on Adult Primary Care and one on Pediatrics and Specialty Care. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a clinician ready to make a meaningful impact across a large, well-supported outpatient network.
Position Highlights

- Oversee 7 clinics and 47 providers across the CPG

Compensation & Benefits
- $10,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible required
- Family Medicine preferred; Internal Medicine considered
- Minimum 5 years of post-residency clinical experience
- Medical Director experience of an outpatient practice required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. — no visa sponsorship available
