We are seeking an advanced practice provider to join one of the nation s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,400 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity delivers care at our Community Hospital South location: 1402 E County Line Road, Indianapolis, IN 46227.

Highlights
Community Health Network is seeking a board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well established cardiology team in Indianapolis, IN. We are seeking a highly motivated advanced practice provider with experience in cardiology, ER, PCU, or ICU settings strongly preferred.

  • General cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic and hospital rounding
  • Monday through Friday schedule with one holiday per year and every fifth weekend rotation

Licensure and Certification

  • Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana

 

Experience

  • Cardiology experience preferred, but not required
  • Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or have current national certification and maintain certification on an ongoing basis
  • Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing and maintain eligibility on an ongoing basis
