Concord Hospital Gastroenterology | Concord & Laconia, New Hampshire

Concord Hospital Gastroenterology is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Advanced Endoscopy Gastroenterologist to join its expanding employed GI program in central New Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a respected regional health system with strong procedural volume, advanced specialty support, and a collegial physician culture.

The organization continues to invest in the growth of its Gastroenterology service line and is seeking an advanced proceduralist interested in building a long-term practice in a highly desirable New England community.

Position Highlights

• Employed, full-time permanent position
• Advanced Endoscopy opportunity with established specialty support
• 4-day work week (4 x 10-hour shifts)
• Combination inpatient, outpatient, and endoscopy practice
• One outreach clinic day per week in Laconia, NH
• Integrated endoscopy suite located within clinic building
• Collaborative team of Gastroenterologists and APPs
• Access to comprehensive specialty services throughout the health system

Practice Environment

Providers enjoy a highly efficient practice model with strong APP support for inpatient rounding and consultative services. The GI division continues to grow and is seeking physicians interested in expanding advanced endoscopic capabilities within the region.

Practice details include:

• 30-minute patient appointment structure
• Approximately 8 hours of patient contact daily
• In-house APP support days and nights
• Physicians perform approximately 4 scopes daily while APPs manage consult support
• Moderate sedation for endoscopy procedures required

Call Schedule

• Shared 1:6 call rotation
• APPs provide first-call coverage
• Balanced call responsibilities with strong support structure

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary: $546,204
• Productivity incentive and performance bonus opportunities
• wRVU incentive structure:
  • 8,474 threshold
  • $66.11 per wRVU above threshold
• Sign-on bonus up to $40,000
• Relocation assistance up to $10,000
• PSLF eligible employer
• CME allowance: $4,000 annually
• License and DEA reimbursement

Qualifications
