Concord Hospital Health System is seeking a BC/BE General Neurologist to join a well-established, fully booked outpatient neurology practice in Concord, New Hampshire. This is a replacement opening created by a departing physician who left to launch her own MS clinic — a reflection of the clinical autonomy and support this system consistently provides. The community need is immediate: the practice carries a 3–6 month waiting list, and patients across central New Hampshire are ready for you.

General neurology is the core of this role. Candidates with subspecialty interests in MS, epilepsy, headache medicine, Parkinson’s disease, balance disorders, or other areas are enthusiastically welcomed — your interests can be meaningfully incorporated into the practice.

 

Position Highlights

  • Employed position with Concord Hospital Health System
  • Pure outpatient practice — no hospital call
  • Dedicated NeuroHospitalist team covers all inpatient neurology and acute stroke management
  • 4-day work week, paid for 40 hours
  • 8 hours of patient care time plus 2 hours of dedicated administrative time per day
  • Average 16 patients per day
  • 30-minute or 20/40-minute established patient visit template
  • 60-minute new patient visits in your first year
  • In-office procedures: EMG (in-office) and EEG (read through the Sleep Center)
  • Telestroke services managed by telespecialists — no stroke call for outpatient neurologists
  • Cerner EMR with Oracle’s fully integrated AI documentation tool
  • Weekly provider team meetings including NeuroHospitalists for collaborative case review
  • Strong RN support team; Practice Manager is also an RN

  • Access to a comprehensive multispecialty network including cardiology, pulmonology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, sleep medicine, endocrinology, infectious disease, and surgical specialties

  • Competitive base salary, MGMA Eastern Region benchmarked, with 2-year guarantee
  • wRVU productivity incentive paid twice annually
  • Performance bonus up to 10% of base salary based on measurable goals
