Physician - Critical Care Medicine

Are you an intensivist looking to be near the Atlanta, Georgia, area without the grind of a downtown schedule? TeamHealth has a full-time opportunity at Piedmont Eastside Medical Center located in Snellville, just 30 minutes from Atlanta. This position serves as the facility medical director for the ICU program, overseeing a team of 2 physicians and 4 advanced practice clinicians. The FMD will maintain a 7-on/7-off clinical schedule while providing leadership, quality oversight, physician engagement, operational support, and program development for the ICU team.

This is a well-supported ICU with a manageable patient volume, strong APC and specialty support, and a collaborative environment built for long-term success. You'll focus on rounding, admissions, and discharges during your clinical weeks while helping guide the strategic direction and performance of the program through your leadership responsibilities.
