A Destination Cardiovascular Program

HonorHealth recently opened a new, dedicated Heart Care Center at HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center designed to become a flagship destination for advanced cardiovascular care in Arizona.

The electrophysiology program features a newly constructed EP laboratory that is exceptionally large, bright, and purpose-built with the latest mapping systems, imaging integration, and procedural technologies. The environment was designed specifically to support advanced ablation procedures, device therapies, innovation, and physician efficiency.

With a broad and expanding referral network, physicians benefit from strong procedural volume and the opportunity to build subspecialty expertise within a collaborative, multidisciplinary cardiovascular team.

Research & Academic Opportunities

Candidate Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiac Electrophysiology
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
• Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, teaching, and program development
• Minimum of three years of ACGME Core Faculty experience required*
• Prior leadership experience as a Program Director or Associate Program Director strongly preferred
• Candidates from university-based academic training programs strongly preferred
• Interest in research, innovation, and fellowship development encouraged

*If you do not have a minimum of three years ACGME Core Faculty Experience, we encourage you to apply for the Clinical EP position to support the growth of the program. Requires a minimum of two years EP clinical experience in a community or academic setting.
