This is a premier opportunity to lead and shape the future of electrophysiology education, innovation, and clinical excellence within one of the Southwests most rapidly expanding and sophisticated cardiovascular programs. As the selected teaching affiliate for the new medical school of the future, HonorHealth and ASU John Shufeldt School of Medicine and Medical Engineering are ready to accept its first class of students, tuition-free on July 1, 2026.

A Destination Cardiovascular Program
HonorHealth recently opened a new, dedicated Heart Care Center at HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center designed to become a flagship destination for advanced cardiovascular care in Arizona.
The electrophysiology program features a newly constructed EP laboratory that is exceptionally large, bright, and purpose-built with the latest mapping systems, imaging integration, and procedural technologies. The environment was designed specifically to support advanced ablation procedures, device therapies, innovation, and physician efficiency.
With a broad and expanding referral network, physicians benefit from strong procedural volume and the opportunity to build subspecialty expertise within a collaborative, multidisciplinary cardiovascular team.
Research & Academic Opportunities
HonorHealth physicians have the opportunity to collaborate with the nationally recognized HonorHealth Research Institute, one of the leading clinical research programs in the region. The institute supports participation in cardiovascular clinical trials, translational research, device innovation, and investigator-initiated studies.

*If you do not have a minimum of three years ACGME Core Faculty Experience, we encourage you to apply for the Clinical EP position to support the growth of the program. Requires a minimum of two years EP clinical experience in a community or academic setting.
