Froedtert ThedaCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing Womens Health team serving the lakeshore communities of Manitowoc and Sheboygan, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative OB/GYN practice within a growing service line focused on comprehensive, lifelong womens care.

This role offers the chance to build meaningful patient relationships while practicing in a supportive environment with strong clinical mentorship and opportunities for professional growth.


Position Highlights

  • Full-time opportunity (0.5 - 1.0 FTE available)
  • Monday-Friday schedule, clinic hours between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 35 patient contact hours for 1.0 FTE
  • Outpatient-focused practice with no call, weekends, or holidays
  • New graduates welcome with structured onboarding and training

Practice Overview

  • Join a collaborative team with 1 experienced OB/GYN physician
  • Provide comprehensive womens health care including:
    • General gynecology across the lifespan
    • Perimenopause and menopause management
    • Fertility-focused care, including NaPro Technology and Restorative Reproductive Medicine (training provided)
  • Opportunity to work closely with medical students and learners through academic partnerships
  • Strong onsite resources including lab, pharmacy, imaging, walk-in care, wellness services, orthopedics, and specialty support at the Harbor Town Campus
  • Practice across two convenient locations:
    • Harbor Town Campus, Manitowoc (primary location) 
    • South Taylor Clinic, Sheboygan (secondary location)
