Join Our Team as a Thoracic Surgeon – Cardio Thoracic Surgery (Locum) in Beautiful Missoula, MT

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Active Medical License or IMLC certification
• Board Certification in Surgery (BC preferred)
• Valid DEA license
• Current updated CV
• Ability to perform and manage 1:3 call rotations
• Strong clinical skills in cardiothoracic procedures
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Commitment to patient care excellence and professionalism

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in locum or hospital-based thoracic surgery
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
• Additional certifications or specialized training in cardiothoracic procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3+ years in cardiothoracic surgery
• Proven ability to work independently in a call-based setting

Other Requirements:

• Participation in 1:3 call rotation, with scheduled coverage Thursday at 7AM MST through Monday at 7AM MST
• Use of secure paging service during call shifts
• Reimbursement for licensure, certification, travel, and related expenses as applicable
