About this role:
As anAdvanced Practice ProviderHome InstaCare,you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In thisrole,you willprovide Urgent/ InstaCare services to patients in their home.
This position includes a$5,000 sign-on bonus, up to$7,500 in relocationassistancewhen applicable, a competitive salary, andan$18,000.00 Annual Quality Incentive
Your home base will be Clinic Wynn - this role isprimarilyamobile practicedelivering care to the patient in their homesettingvia an Intermountain car/vehicle
Weekly schedule involves 3 x 12 hour days/ week

Whatyoullbring:
2+ Years Experience as a practicingAdvanced Practice Provider
APRN or PA-C degreefrom an accredited program
Board certification or eligibility inthe designated discipline
Active, unobstructedNevadamedical license, or the ability to obtain one
Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
