Pediatric Epileptologist - Outpatient Only | $400k-$450k Total Comp
Locations: Columbia, MD | Vienna, VA | Bethesda, MD
Magnificent Minds Neurology Center, a physician-owned pediatric neurology private practice, is seeking a Pediatric Epileptologist to support a growing epilepsy patient base within a fully outpatient model.
Position Highlights
- 100% Outpatient (no hospital rounding or coverage)
- 4 or 5 day schedule with built-in admin time
- 12-14 patients/day (60-min new / 20-min follow-ups)
- 1:6 phone-only call (no holidays; nurse triage support)
- Initially ~60% epilepsy, ramping to a full epilepsy panel
- Specialized EEG techs and neurology-trained MAs
- In-house EEG and 24-72 hour ambulatory video EEG
- Integrated care with child psychiatry and neuropsychology
Compensation & Benefits
- $300k-$350k base + collections bonus ($400k-$450k+ total comp)

Requirements
- Fellowship-trained in Pediatric Epilepsy or Clinical Neurophysiology
- BC/BE Child Neurology
