Position Highlights:

• Collaborative Practice: Work alongside an experienced urologist and a nurse practitioner in a single-site, team-oriented setting.
• Diverse Clinical Responsibilities: Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad spectrum of urologic conditions including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, urinary tract infections, and more.
• Surgical Excellence: Perform a variety of surgical procedures in state-of-the-art operating rooms, with preoperative planning and postoperative follow-up.
• Hospital & Emergency Care: Provide consultations in hospital and emergency settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Work Schedule & Call: Enjoy a light call schedule, typically covering the hospital approximately 7 days per month, facilitating a healthy work-life balance.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
• Professional Development: Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives and stay current with advancements in urology through ongoing professional education.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Valid DEA license
• No current plans for visa sponsorship
• Not open to new graduates with less than 1 year's experience
• Must be willing to work within a commute of less than 1 hour
• Not accepting locum or locum-to-perm candidates
• Not open to candidates planning to combine this role with other employment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $300,000 – $400,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
