Required Skills:

• Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• Proven experience in all General GI procedures and ERCP
• Strong proficiency in EMR systems, preferably EPIC
• Excellent clinical judgment and patient management skills
• Ability to perform diverse procedures with precision and care
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
• Valid TN medical license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) certification
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS; TN DEA license

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with EUS scheduling and procedures
• Additional certifications in advanced GI techniques
• Prior experience with consultative roles in hospital settings
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Active state license to practice in Tennessee
• Minimum of 3+ years of post-fellowship experience in a clinical GI setting, preferably including ERCP expertise

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to obtain licensure and complete privileging within 60-90 days
• Flexibility to work a Monday-Friday schedule with weekend call coverage
• Availability for 24-hour call shifts, including nights and weekends
• Ability to support both outpatient and inpatient procedures
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with all health and safety standards
