Job Title: Interventional Cardiology

Job Description:
We are seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to provide STEMI call coverage and consultative services for inpatient cardiology patients. The coverage is scheduled from 7:00 AM on June 29, 2026, to 7:00 AM on July 6, 2026. The position involves participating in STEMI call, managing unassigned cardiology inpatients, and performing procedures as credentialed. The practice includes three exam rooms and two Cath Labs, with all procedures based in Emergency Room settings. Orientation is preferred to be scheduled the day before the first day of coverage, depending on familiarity with Meditec. The team includes two full-time Interventional Cardiologists, with call volume varying from none to a few cases per week. The team consists of 7 RNs and 8 techs, with a call team composed of 3 RNs and 1 tech.

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
• Experience with STEMI call coverage and inpatient cardiology
• Ability to supervise other healthcare providers is not required
• No other cardiologists present during assignment

Hours & Compensation:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
