Job Title: Physician Assistant - Family Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Description:
This position involves providing comprehensive family practice care within a clinic setting, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The provider will need to allocate time for completing a protocol agreement with the governing board. Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) training is scheduled bi-weekly from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Please note that Epic training can only begin after credentialing is completed, and must be finalized before the provider's start date.

** Hourly Pay Rate:** $1.00
