Physician - Non-invasive Cardiology

A leading healthcare employer in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join an established practice in the North Arlington market. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a well-developed patient panel with immediate volume, supported by a collegial team sharing the same office. The practice serves patients across two premier hospital facilities, both within 15 minutes of the office, along with a conveniently located ambulatory surgery center.

The clinical structure is well-balanced and designed for a sustainable, rewarding practice. The typical schedule includes morning or afternoon hospital rounding, three to four days of clinic per week, and one procedure day — with flexibility as volume grows. Call coverage is a favorable 1:4 rotation, with ER call limited to established panel patients only — no unassigned patients. The office is modern and well-equipped, featuring 28 exam rooms, onsite diagnostics, and a device clinic.

The incoming physician will benefit from an immediate and growing patient base, as a recent physician retirement within the group has created strong demand and an accelerated ramp-up opportunity. Compensation is highly competitive, with a base salary ranging from $400,000 to $500,000, along with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
