Winnebago Comprehensive Healthcare System (WCHS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing behavioral health team in beautiful northeast Nebraska. This is a full-time outpatient opportunity within a Tribal health system committed to improving access to high-quality mental healthcare for the communities we serve.

As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric care in a supportive environment with access to specialty physicians, on-site ancillary services, and a collaborative healthcare network. Opportunity Highlights

• Full-time employed position with Winnebago Comprehensive Healthcare System
• Outpatient-focused psychiatry practice
• New position due to program growth
• No APP oversight required
• Established behavioral health team with physician support
• Approximately 500-1,000 patient panel
• Access to Dermatology, Urology, Nephrology, Family Medicine, and Podiatry specialists
• Clinic located within a full-service hospital featuring laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy services
• Meditech Expanse EMR
• Flexible scheduling within clinic hours:
  • Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Minimal call burden:
  • Weekday calls routed to nursing line
  • Weekend patient calls directed to the Emergency Department

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation: $84.89-$90.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program
• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) preferred
• Eligible for Nebraska licensure
