What You’ll Do
- Provide cardiothoracic surgery patient care across adult inpatient and outpatient settings
- Participate in weekend rounds as scheduled
- Manage a typical rounds workflow of approximately 5–10 patients (as stated for rounds)
- Deliver patient assessments, follow-up, and coordination of care during coverage periods
- Document care in the facility’s EPIC EMR system
- Work in a team-based environment supporting ongoing service needs at a short-staffed time
- Support hospital privilege requirements as part of onboarding (hospital privileges required)
