What You’ll Do
- Provide hematology/oncology medical oncology coverage across inpatient (primarily) and some outpatient settings
- Oversee an NP as part of the clinical team
- Provide clinical leadership and patient management for adult oncology patients
- Support call coverage during the assignment period (schedule not specified)
- Participate in the process of enrolling patients in research studies (as able/assigned)
- Work within the practice’s EPIC documentation system
- Coordinate care with the existing team of clinicians (practice has 2 physicians)
What You Need
Required
- Medical expertise in Hematology-Oncology / Medical Oncology
- Ability to confirm NP oversight responsibilities
- Willingness to enroll patients in research studies
- Ability to provide call coverage
