- Thursday - Monday, 7 am - 7 am (24hr shift), 4 - 7 day blocks
- In-house call -- 30-minute response time required
- Avg 15 patients per shift, approx 3 admissions per 24hr period
- Critical care -- rounding on new and existing patients required
- Burn, trauma, surgical, and medical critical care patients treated
- Required: PA catheter, IABP, temp pacemaker, ICP mgmt, dialysis cath
- Ongoing coverage potential -- multiple blocks with recurring monthly need
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
