What You’ll Do
- Provide hospital-based pediatric coverage during weekend call shifts
- Assess and manage pediatric patients' during your assigned weekend coverage
- Collaborate with hospital staff and specialists to ensure quality patient care
- Document patient encounters accurately and timely
- Follow hospital protocols and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare team members
What You Need
Required:
- Texas medical license or the ability to obtain one
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics
- Minimum 2 years' hospital pediatric experience
- Strong clinical skills in pediatric assessment and management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Previous hospitalist experience in a similar setting
- Availability for weekend shifts and flexible scheduling
