• Shift: 24-hour call and STEMI Call (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.)
• Duration: Coverage required for specific dates (e.g., August 10-17, September – TBD)
• Hours/Week: Variable, based on call schedules
• Employment Type: Locum/Temporary assignment
• License/Certs: Oregon medical license; DEA certification required
• Experience: Prior interventional cardiology experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $18.72/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures including PCI, diagnostic angiograms, and thrombolytic procedures
• Follow and manage patients with acute cardiac conditions, especially STEMI cases
• Interpret echocardiograms and stress tests as required
• Ensure timely and high-quality patient care during 24-hour call shifts
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including cardiologists and NP support staff
• Document procedures and patient visits accurately in Meditech electronic medical records
• Follow hospital protocols for emergency and elective cases

What You Need:

• Active medical license in Oregon
• Prior experience with PCI, diagnostic caths, and emergency procedures (preferred)
• Ability to manage emergent cardiac cases independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
