What You'll Do
- Provide patient care for adult patients in inpatient plastic and reconstructive surgery.
- Conduct history and physicals, interpret labs and diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe medications, perform bedside procedures as appropriate.
- Develop and evaluate care plans and therapeutic interventions.
- Manage ongoing patient assessments and updates.
What You Need
- Board certification in relevant specialty
- Massachusetts license or willingness to obtain
- 1-2 years of inpatient surgical experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
