Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $443.43
- Pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do:
- Provide outpatient urology care, including cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, vasectomy, and other core urological interventions
- Collaborate with a team of 4 medical assistants, 1 clinical support associate, and supervising RN
- Support a patient population over 18, with occasional pediatric support for rare OB cases
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for documenting patient care
- Participate in support of robotic surgeries in modern operating rooms
- Supervise new advanced practice providers (NPs/PAs) as required
- Manage urgent cases such as torsions and pre/post-operative procedures
What You Need:
- Board Certified or Eligible in Urology
- Active PA license or equivalent (Immunity through IMLC)
- DEA certification
- Minimum 1 year of Urology clinical experience
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
