Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our General Surgeon at CHI St. Vincent, you will join a top-ranked, faith-based facility in Little Rock, providing essential surgical care within a highly collaborative and patient-centered environment.

In this role, you will provide complete care from diagnosis through post-operative recovery, acting as a crucial provider for trauma and emergencies. Your role demands precision, critical decision-making, and compassionate communication with patients and their families throughout their surgical journey.

To be successful in your role, you will demonstrate exceptional surgical expertise, including the use of minimally invasive techniques, a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing compassionate, high quality patient care.

  • Interest in Breast Surgical Cases
  • Participate in 1:6 Call Rotation
  • Level II Trauma Center
  • Established practice with 5 Physicians
  • PSFL Eligible
  • Epic EMR

We are offering a competitive compensation package that includes an initial guaranteed base salary, production and quality incentives, CME allowance, sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.


Job Requirements

Required

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Surgery
  • Active Medical License in the State of Arkansas, or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Completion of ACGME Residency
  • Active BLS
