• 24-hour call coverage -- ongoing 5 - 10 days per month
• 4 - 6 surgeries per week performed on-site
• Hospital-based position -- privileges required
• Common procedures: ACDF, lumbar fusion, discectomy, laminectomy
• Less common: spinal cord stimulator, kyphoplasty, carpal tunnel
• On-call cases include burr hole and craniectomy via ER
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
• Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
