• 24-hour call coverage -- 7 am to 7 am shifts
• Inpatient setting with OR coverage for cardiac and thoracic cases
• Roughly 150 heart cases per year
• APP coverage 8 am - 4:30 pm -- surgical PAs and NPs on call
• EMR: EPIC
• Standard cardiac surgery -- ECMO cannulation, aortic dissections, CABG
• Leave coverage opportunity
• Board certification required
