• Medical Director or equivalent leadership experience required
• Lead an established lung transplant program with over 400 transplants performed
• Oversee a team of 5 Pulmonology/Critical Care physicians
• 80% clinical and 20% administrative split
• Lung transplant experience required; fellowship training a plus
• Teach Pulmonology/Critical Care fellows within an academic affiliation program
• Research opportunities and departmental budget and resource responsibilities available
• Board-certified or board-eligible; DEA required
