Qualifications
- BC/BE physician required.
- Completion of Hospice/Palliative Medicine fellowship preferred.
- 1-3 years of hospice medical director experience preferred.

- Full time position serving as Hospice Medical Director for Avera Hospice Sioux Falls (80%) and Lead Hospice Medical Director for Avera Hospice system (20%).

- Census between 130-150 home hospice patients.
