Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our PRN OB/GYN physician, you will join our dynamic healthcare team in Burien, specializing in diagnosing and treating a wide array of womens health cases, making a significant impact on their lives and families. We pride ourselves in practicing high quality, evidence based, and patient centered medicine.
You will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients and their families within Franciscan Medical Group.
To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate OB/GYN physician, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex Womens Health disorders, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.
PRN position based at St. Anne Hospital in Burien, WA, a 159 bed Level III trauma center. The new provider will help with inpatient/call shifts.
The group does approximately 100 deliveries per month. There is 24/7 anesthesia coverage.
St. Anne has a special care nursery capable of caring for infants as young as 32 weeks and staffed by a Pediatric Hospitalist who handles all neonatal needs, resuscitations and transfers.
Group consists of 6 OB/GYN physicians, 6 CNMs and 1 Gyn APP at this location.
VMFH Womens Health Service line includes 6 MFMs, 1 Urogynecologist and 2 Gynecologic Oncologists.

Required
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
Active or eligible license in the state of Washington
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
