Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Greater Boise, Idaho Area

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient-only practice at a mission-driven FQHC
• Provider autonomy with strong clinical and administrative support

• Collaborative team including physicians, APPs, RNs, MAs, Case Managers, and Behavioral Health
• Productivity incentive available for seeing 15+ patients per day

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging from $110,000-$140,000+ (based on experience)
• $10,000-$15,000 signing bonus
• Relocation reimbursement based on actual expenses
• Productivity bonus available
• Community commitment bonus for long-term relocation to the area
• $2,500 CME allowance plus 40 hours (1 week) of CME PTO
• Professional license costs covered by the employer

Qualifications:

• Degree: MSN/DNP or PA-C
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible NP or PA
• Licensure: Idaho license or ability to obtain
• Experience: Experienced providers strongly preferred; new graduates welcomed
• Skillset: Independent outpatient primary care with strong internal medicine and chronic disease management skills
• No visa sponsorship
