Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in the inpatient Hospital setting.
- Working as a Consultant and collaborate with CV Surgeons as well as other APPs
- Seeking candidates with (3+ years of) Cardiac and/or CV Experience
- Will work shifts as needed to assist the team
- Obtain patient history and perform assessment via observation, interview and examination. Order, perform and interpret diagnostic studies.
- Perform preventative health assessments, screening, immunizations and patient care.
- Provide direct treatment and management of health conditions via prescriptive authority or referral to other health-careproviders or community resources.
- Counsel and educate patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options and community resources.
- Document delivery of health care and nursing processes in accordance with specific specialty area standards and network nursing policy.

What minimum qualifications you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing require
