About the Role

The Oncology Institute (TOI) is seeking a Hematology Oncology Physician to join our growing Las Vegas practice. This is an opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered cancer care in a community-based setting with strong clinical support, predictable income, and leadership growth potential.

At TOI, physicians practice at the top of their license while being supported by an integrated care model designed to reduce administrative burden and allow them to focus on patient care.

Practice & Clinical Support Model

• Established referral network with a growing patient panel
• On-site infusion services
• Dedicated APP, Nursing, and Medical Assistant support
• Multidisciplinary care teams and tumor board collaboration
• Technology-enabled workflows to support efficient, high-quality care

Compensation Structure & Benefits

• Competitive base salary + wRVU upside + equity
• Signing bonus: $100,000 
• Relocation assistance 
• Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, matching (401k), and CME allowance
• Malpractice coverage
• Paid time off + holiday pay
• Loan repayment support
• No Nevada State income tax
• Out of state? Your state license application & initial fee paid by The Oncology Institute
• License Renewals are paid by TOI
